Get to Know Me
Sandra Kozimor
Real estate has always been a part of Sandra Kozimor’s life. Her mother was an agent and taught Sandra from a young age the benefits of owning real estate, first for oneself and then as an investor. Sandra was a TV news reporter for 15 years. Then, after having children, she wanted a career that would combine her love of homeownership with her desire to help “tell someone’s story!”
Sandra bought her first home when she was only 26. Since then, she has acquired several more investment properties that she actively manages. Her thorough understanding of the homebuying process ensures her clients are educated and protected every step of the way. In fact, many of Sandra’s clients started off as friends — through school, church, and the community — and those who were clients first have grown into friends thanks to Sandra’s ability to build strong relationships.
Sandra loved being a TV reporter because it was about “telling someone’s story.” She translated this skill into real estate by getting to know her clients, listening to their needs and wants, and guiding them into their dream homes. After all, home is where everyone lives out their story!
Sandra’s husband and three teenage daughters are a very active family. They can often be found hiking the beautiful mountain ranges surrounding the San Francisco East Bay, running on the Iron Horse Regional Trail, or skiing up in Tahoe. Sandra and her daughters are very active members of the National Charity League, a philanthropy organization for mothers and their daughters, and Sandra is the 2022 Vista Oak chapter president.
