Alicia Baker is a Pleasanton native and an experienced Operations and Event Manager. With over 14 years of expertise in the events industry, Alicia previously worked at a prominent golf and wedding venue in the East Bay. There she honed her skills in managing large-scale events, ensuring seamless operations, connecting with her clients, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Known for her attention to detail and passion for creating fun, memorable occasions, Alicia enjoys her current role combining her experience with a commitment to community service. She currently serves on a neighborhood pool board, volunteers at her children's Pleasanton schools, and she and her husband fundraise for a non-profit organization by planning events throughout the year.
A Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo graduate, Alicia majored in Communications and began a career that combined sales, organization, and a relationship with people. She has also worked as a fashion stylist and professional home organizer.
Alicia and her husband, Dustin, live in Pleasanton with their three kids and two cute, active doodles. They love to host family and friends, attend all the live sporting events and concerts they can, travel, and spend as much time on or around water as possible. Currently, they spend their days on soccer and flag football sidelines, pool decks cheering on their swim team swimmers, and enjoying a Friday night margarita.
